ELLE’s Joe Zee Joins Yahoo

After seven valuable years at Elle Magazine, Joe Zee is leaving his role as creative director to head Yahoo’s new venture, Yahoo Fashion digital magazine. In a series of strategic moves, Zee’s announcement comes after the news of makeup mogul Bobbi Brown’s new role of editor-in-chief of Yahoo Beauty and Paula Froelich of Page Six as head of Yahoo Travel. Zee announced his planned departure from Elle at the end of May via his personal Instagram. | AdWeek

Victoria’s Secret angels Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel made an announcement at the Bond Street store this week, along with marketing director Ed Razek, of the brand’s move to London for the next Victoria’s Secret Show. Burberry to Open Shanghai Flagship

It’s a big news week for the British brand as Burberry opens a Shanghai flagship. Eighth in the city and the largest thus far, Burberry’s newest store will boast a digitally integrated concept, much like the Regent Street store. With a storefront display that mimics the weather and RIFD chips woven in clothing that prompts multimedia content to display on fitting room mirrors, the fashion house is truly embracing the digital age.
